• Purchase verification data — the Envato purchase code you submit, and the corresponding item ID, item name, and buyer username returned by the Envato Author API to confirm a valid purchase.
• License & activation data — the domain registered to your license, your activation token, license status, support-expiry date, and timestamps of heartbeat checks sent by your installed software.
• Support ticket content — the category, subject, message body, and any replies exchanged through the support portal.
• Technical data — IP address and request metadata logged for security and abuse-prevention purposes when interacting with our license verification API.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Verify Envato purchase codes and issue, validate, or revoke license activations;
• Enforce domain-locking and detect license misuse (e.g. activation on unauthorized domains);
• Operate the support ticketing system and respond to your requests;
• Maintain the security, integrity, and availability of our infrastructure;
• Communicate service-related notices, such as license suspension or support-expiry reminders.

3. Third-Party Services

To verify purchase codes, we transmit the code you submit to Envato Pty Ltd's Author API (api.envato.com). Envato's handling of this data is governed by Envato's own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share support ticket content with anyone outside Zevox except as required to operate the Services or comply with law.

4. Data Retention

We retain account, license, and support ticket data for as long as your license remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes, support history lookups, or legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to retention required for license/fraud-prevention records.

5. Data Security

Activation tokens are generated using SHA-256 cryptographic hashing, and access to administrative areas (license management, ticket administration) is restricted to authenticated staff accounts with administrator privileges. License verification and heartbeat endpoints are gated behind a shared-secret API key to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies & Session Data

We use essential session cookies to keep you authenticated within the support portal and admin dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the Services.
