Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the licensing infrastructure, customer support portal, and applied technology platforms operated by Plutonics Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, trading as Zevox ("Zevox", "we", "us", or "our"), including the services available at zevox.in and its subdomains (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, submitting a purchase code, or otherwise accessing the Services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Zevox operates three categories of infrastructure:

• License & Activation Engine — verifies Envato Marketplace purchase codes against the Envato Author API, issues a cryptographic activation token, and locks each license to a single registered domain.
• Support Portal — allows verified buyers to submit, track, and receive replies to support tickets related to products licensed through Zevox.
• Applied Technology Modules — hyper-scale SaaS architecture, applied autonomous intelligence (AI/LLM) pipelines, and media monetization infrastructure made available to Customers under separate product-specific agreements or marketplace licenses.

2. Account Registration & Purchase Code Verification

To register an account, you must supply a valid Envato Marketplace purchase code for a Zevox-distributed product. We verify this code against Envato's official sale-lookup API at the time of registration. Submitting a fraudulent, expired, refunded, or otherwise invalid purchase code is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.

3. License Activation & Domain Locking

Each purchase code may be activated on exactly one registered domain at a time. We reserve the right to verify license status via periodic heartbeat checks initiated by your installed software. Attempting to bypass domain locking, share a single purchase code across multiple unrelated domains, or tamper with activation tokens constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension. Customers may request a one-time domain change through the support portal or by contacting us directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or activation mechanisms of the Services;
• Use the Services to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including through excessive automated requests to the License & Activation Engine;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access credentials, activation tokens, or API keys issued to you.

5. Support Services

Support tickets are categorized as Installation Issue, Bug Report, New Feature, or Others, and are addressed at our reasonable discretion based on severity and the support entitlement attached to your license. Submission of a ticket does not guarantee a specific resolution time or outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, infrastructure, branding, and documentation made available through the Services remain the exclusive property of Plutonics Technologies (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors. Purchase of a license through Envato grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed product per the applicable Envato license terms — it does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property.

7. Fees & Refunds

Product fees are processed through Envato Marketplace at the time of purchase and are subject to Envato's refund policies. Zevox does not directly process marketplace payments and cannot independently issue refunds for purchases made through Envato. Support entitlements and update periods are determined by the "supported until" date associated with your purchase code.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including deactivating a license, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if your purchase code is invalidated by Envato (e.g. due to a refund or chargeback), or if continued access poses a security risk to our infrastructure or other customers.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plutonics Technologies (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including downtime of the License & Activation Engine affecting a licensed product's runtime behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
